Balancing study time with an efficient sleep schedule, prioritizing mental health, and de-stressing are all tasks to consider when approaching intense waves in the semester. Not sure what works and what doesn’t? Take a look at some of the many wellness resources ASU offers to students just like you.

Sun Devil Fitness and Wellness

Need to blow off some steam? Head over to the Sun Devil Fitness Complex (SDFC) on any of the 4 campuses to check out the many amenities offered. You can head into the weight rooms for a good lift, the swimming pool to get some more Arizona sun, or grab some friends for a group wellness class. Check them out here.

ASU Counseling Services

Everyone at ASU is here to support you, and counseling services are one of the many ways to get that support. Counseling Services at ASU are offered 24/7 (AND ARE FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL ASU STUDENTS). No matter where you are, or what time it is, you can get in contact to speak with a counselor. Breathing Exercises

If you catch yourself feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or need to wind down after a long day, you can check out some breathing exercises. If you are new to this concept or want to expand your stress-relieving methods, I would recommend trying them out to see how you feel!

College is a time where you learn and take on new challenges every day (even if they aren’t the most fun). What makes ASU so special is that it offers so many different resources to turn those challenges into learning experiences and growth moments. Above all, ASU wants its students to succeed in all aspects, whether it  be mentally, academically, or professionally.
