Your guide to staying well at ASU

College can become overwhelming pretty quickly. Between classes, work, relationships and everything else on your plate, taking care of yourself can sometimes fall to the bottom of the list. Luckily, ASU has resources that can help you support your mental, physical and overall well-being.

Talk with someone

You don’t have to wait for regular business hours to connect with someone. Through Open Call and Open Chat, Sun Devils can connect with a counselor 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

ASU Counseling Services also offers confidential services and resources to support students through challenges both big and small.

Stay healthy

Not feeling your best? ASU Health Services offers health care for students through both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Whether you need care when you’re sick, have a health concern or just want to stay on top of your wellness, you can find options that work with your schedule.

Find a way to move that works for you

Exercise doesn’t have to mean doing the same workout every day. Sun Devil Fitness and Wellness offers fitness classes, club sports, intramurals, special events and other activities across its facilities.

Try something new, find an activity you enjoy or simply make time to move between classes.

Get the accessibility support you need

Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services, or SAILS, helps ensure students with disabilities have access to ASU programs, services and learning opportunities.

Students can connect with SAILS to learn more about accessibility services and available accommodations.

Your well-being matters

Taking care of yourself can look different from day to day. Sometimes it means talking with a counselor. Other times it might mean making a health appointment, getting some movement in or asking for additional support.

Whatever you need, you don’t have to figure it out alone. ASU has resources available to help you take care of yourself and keep moving forward.
